Jeff is a partner with Giannascoli & Thomas, P.C., performing services for clients in several of the firm’s practice areas. His practice focuses on general business representation and commercial law, including business purchase and sale transactions, real estate development and sales, employment law matters, corporate and partnership formation, contract drafting and negotiation, and drafting and negotiating commercial business loan and commercial real estate loan documentation.
Jeff began his legal career in Philadelphia, where his practice ranged from general business and construction litigation to sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions. After five years, he then ventured west for two years to Seattle, Washington, where he served as in-house counsel to a real estate development firm and focused on complex real estate acquisition and financing transactions.
Jeff graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Washington. Jeff has co-authored several articles on business succession planning and has spoken at CLE seminars on various business and employment law topics.
