Daniel L. Sulvetta

Dan focuses his practice on commercial and real estate litigation.  He brings a flexible approach to solving issues that arise during every phase of litigation.  Dan enjoys navigating complex issues and prioritizing clear communication to achieve desired results.

Dan graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2019, where he was vice-president of the Moot Court Board. During law school, Dan refined his litigation and advocacy skills in Moot Court competitions across the country. These efforts resulted in two semi-final finishes and an award-winning brief in two national competitions and one championship. Prior to law school, Dan taught sophomores United States History at his alma mater Saint Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia as a member of the Alumni Service Corps. As an educator, Dan fostered a collaborative learning environment while at the same time focusing on each student’s individual circumstances. Now, Dan brings that same approach to his practice by honing in on and advocating for his client’s unique needs.
