Brendan focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, taxation, business law and transactions, and secured lending. He previously worked as a summer associate at Giannascoli & Thomas and was a legal services coordinator for Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (PVLA). He is currently pursuing an LLM in Taxation at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Brendan received his law degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of Citations and Sources and was a published author for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. He was also a student attorney for the Villanova University Federal Income Tax Clinic, where he represented low-income clients before the IRS. Prior to law school, he worked in nonprofit development at the George Eastman Museum in Rochester, New York.
