Throughout his career, Anthony (Tony) D. Giannascoli has focused his practice primarily in the areas of general business and commercial law, banking law, real estate law, and tax law. He has an extensive background in all types of corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, drafting and negotiating commercial loan documentation, commercial loan collection and workout, tax and estate planning, real estate development and financing, and business and real estate sale and acquisition transactions.


Tony first opened his own firm, Giannascoli & Associates, P.C., in 2007. Prior to that time, he was a partner at the firm of Fox Rothschild LLP for nine years. While at Fox Rothschild, Tony was a member of their Corporate Department, and served as Co-chair of the firm’s Financial Services Department. His tax law experience also includes work in public accounting at one of the Big 8 national certified public accounting firms, Touche Ross and Company (when they were one of the “Big Eight” national CPA firms), a partnership at the Chester County firm of Siana, Bellwoar & McAndrew, LLP, and a 10-year partnership in a Berks county law firm which he had co-founded. Tony also served as a part-time Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Reading from 1989 through 1998, while a member of his Berks County law firm.

Tony has represented numerous small and mid-sized businesses and business owners throughout his legal career, from single member LLCs to clients with up to 250 employees. He has also represents numerous regional banks and financial institutions.
